They will love the lounge/diner, a spacious room which is dominated by the harbour views from the two large picture windows. Comfortable seating is positioned so that guests can enjoy those stunning views, as well as the Smart TV. A extending dining table can also be found in this room. Just next to this room is the kitchen, which is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, whilst a separate utility cupboard houses the freezer. Stairs lead to the lower-ground floor, where there are two bedrooms, both of which enjoy attractive harbour views. The first of these is a twin room, whilst the other is a single. The bathroom on this floor has a shower-over-bath and WC. The third bedroom is located on the top floor in the former attic space: a wonderful dual-aspect room which offers views to the harbour at one end and to the breakwater from the other. There is a double bed in this room, as well as a seating area in front of one of the windows. Across the landing is the master bathroom which, again, has a shower-over-bath and WC.
Outside, there is an off-road parking space for one small car at the front of the property, whilst larger cars can make use of the nearby unrestricted roadside parking.
