Part of a Grade II listed farmstead built in 1870, this cottage is situated in a beautiful valley close to the River Nidd and is surrounded by open countryside which forms part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Comfortably and tastefully furnished and retaining many of its original features including exposed beams, the property provides excellent, personally supervised accommodation. Horse riding is available very close by, and fishing on a private stretch of the River Nidd is available. The nearby market town of Pateley Bridge has a range of shops and restaurants and the famous spa town of Harrogate is around 13 mile drive away.

Woodpecker is a lovely cottage and Jenny the owner could not have been more helpful or considerate. The day we were due to leave was when storm Bert hit and she insisted that we stayed in the cottage until the weather had improved and the roads were clear. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and warm. The owner made us and our very elderly dog feel very welcome. My husband has to have a special diet, and she very kindly cooked us a delicious Breakfast for three mornings of our weeks stay. We really recommend staying a Brewerley Hall Farm Cottages and B&B. fabulous place to stay ,,the walks in the lane by the river were absolutely fantastic ,,made our holiday not good ,,BUT GREAT... will recommend the place to all our friends

Lovely little cottage. The lady who owns the property met us on arrival, and answered any questions we had. She provided her phone number in case we had any problems, questions or queries. Beautiful location too. Will definitely go again. Still lots to see and do in this area.

Popetry details said all on one level but there are 2 steps into cottage. One of our party has mobility issues and found getting in and out a little difficult as there was no grab rail to hold onto. Otherwise the property was lovely.

Woodpecker Cottage was a Lovely comfortable and relaxing home from home. We had a wonderful holiday the property is very well maintained, and comfortable. It was quiet and peacefully relaxing. Jenny the host was very welcoming,friendly and helpful if needed. The area in and around Pateley Bridge is very beautiful with lots of places to visit.
