Good location for surrounding resorts. Nice walks on the estate. The overall cleanliness of the cottage was not good. In need of a deep clean. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to friends. Disappointed!

This is in a fantastic location which is very, very quiet and the house is generally very comfortable, unfortunately the cleanliness lets it down. I would recommend to a friend but with reservations.

Ideal location to access a variety of activities. The views from the cottage were amazing. Good recommendations given for eating out in the local pubs. The 'Ship' in Axmouth was our favourite!, with its amazing choice. We'll definitely return in the near future for another holiday!

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and in a quiet area. Needs a bit of work in sorting out the damp emanating from upstairs wardrobe. Suspect the shower behind is leaking. Its very well equipped however and warm when you need some heating on. Good position for exploring the area.
