This cottage is conveniently located on a popular road leading to Westward Ho's! sea front. Stepping inside you’ll see close attention to detail has been paid to create a welcoming modern holiday retreat yet retaining lots of character. The spacious lounge/diner is bright and features a comfy sofa, seating, lots of books and large wall mounted TV. The contemporary kitchen accessed down two steps contains a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A door from the kitchen also leads out to the courtyard garden. The bedroom is accessed off the lounge and has a quality super-king-size bed, wall mounted TV and seating. The bathroom, which is down a step, off the kitchen, is luxurious and light and offers a free-standing slipper bath, separate shower and WC.
Step outside into the fully enclosed and dog secure courtyard where you can enjoy an al fresco meal or drink in the sunshine at the table and chairs, there is also a fabulous BBQ and warm water outside shower. Unrestricted roadside parking subject to availability.
