Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors, and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.

Heading down the stairs to the ground floor you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy a catch up with family and friends. The wonderful open-plan kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the delightful kitchen area. Venture outside to the small enclosed rear garden, which offers a bistro set, great for those morning coffees. Roadside parking is available in the next few streets behind (subject to availability), alternatively, there are long stay public car parks located nearby and a weekly parking permit can be purchased from the local council within the public car parks.
