This is a lovely, comfortable home from home. Very comfortable beds, high standard of furnishings, fabulous location with beautiful views, very quiet and rural. It's well placed for visiting various places. There are good dog walks straight from the property on quiet lanes, or forest walks etc a little further away. It goes without saying thaRead moret the hot tub was a huge bonus at the end of the day. Gareth Is a very responsive and conscientious host and quickly sorted out any minor issues. The property is very spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views from every window. Having an en suite to every bedroom was a bonus and we never ran out of hot water, even though showers and baths were in constant use. We had day trips out to the National Show caves and Craig-y-nos Country Park, which were enjoyed by everybody. The Epynt Way iRead mores just a mile away , which is a large area for walking and Mountain Bike cycling. Gareth (the owner) was easily contactable and responded very quickly with issues that occurred during our stay Hide

Beautiful and very remote setting. Lovely house, very clean and well appointed with a mix of period features and modern comfort. We couldn't fault the property. If you're looking for a remote location it's perfect and about 25 min drive from Brecon and Llandovery.

The property was absolutely incredible. It was so nice to switch off and relax there. I am also so pleased I brought my camera as the night sky was incredible. My only minor feedback was the sheer number of MOD roads that caused havoc with the satnav. Once we knew our route, chaos left us behind. I dont think the pictures fully do it justice. It waRead mores great value for money and so much space. We will be back with the dogs again. Hide

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Abernant Farm. The location was remote, just as we were after, set in a beautiful valley with the most amazing views and plenty of walks. We were happy to drive out to see the attractions we wanted to see. The house itself was perfect, spotlessly clean and exactly as the photos look, everything we needed Read morewas there and we enjoyed using the hot tub. We were very sad to leave the cottage as we had such a wonderful stay. We would return in the future. Hide
