Up to six guests and one canine companion are welcome at the property, which has three bedrooms and outside space to the front and back. Spend days down on the beach, less than 500m away, where you can enjoy swimming, a picnic and water sports. Venture into the national park to follow footpaths and trails. Wander through the front door into the hall and then amble on into the open-plan lounge/diner. Look out towards the sea from the window or settle on the sofa in here to watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Enjoy a film or listen to some relaxing music on the Bluetooth stereo. Head into the kitchen to put the kettle on and to decide what to make for dinner. This room is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, table-top freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Eat together in the dining room, where you can open the doors on to the courtyard garden on balmy days. The retro-style family bathroom with bath, handheld and overhead shower, WC and handbasin is also here. The owner provides a variety of games and entertainment - check inside the foot stool for your game of choice.

Bask out in the sunshine to the front of the cottage and watch the world go by or take your book and a cup of tea out into the courtyard garden at the back. Dine out here too on warm days. Find parking for two cars at the cottage.

Such a shame! The view is lovely & we would recommend Aberdovey as a holiday spot, but the cottage is a no. It is in poor repair in some places. The cottage was left dirty & there's a couple of safety aspects which need looking into. Despite a couple of repairs being done whilst we were there, the workmanship was poor & both repairs didn't last. A lovely house with the most beautiful view over the estuary. Clean and tidy when we arrived and an issue with the TV was swiftly dealt with by Alan, who runs the cleaning company the owner uses. We had a brilliant week and are looking forward to going back next year.

We had a great stay at Chequers. Super place in great location less than 5 mins walk from the seafront. Perfect for our family and plenty of space to entertain extended family also staying in the area. We would definitely recommend.

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Everything was exactly as it showed in the description and photos(which is not always the case!!).
