You will find coat hooks in the hallway before heading into the spacious lounge with two comfortable sofas where you can relax and unwind for the evening following your days exploring and playing on the nearby beaches. There is an electric wood burner-style fire set into the stone fireplace which adds to the cosy feel of the room, and a Smart TV and games for your entertainment. The well-equipped, contemporary kitchen is just off the lounge and has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals and a small, bespoke dining table with bench seating. The utility room is off the kitchen and houses the washer/dryer with a door leading to the patio garden and hot tub. This room is ideal for coming back in from the beach to dry off the dog and hang your walking gear. The attractive family bathroom is also on the ground floor with a shower over the freestanding bath and WC.
