Set against beautiful hillside with far-reaching views over its popular golf course, your accommodation is an excellent vantage point for exploring coast and countryside alike. The property offers sleeping space for up to six guests, making this a perfect choice for families or friendship groups. Gather up your beach essentials and spend a day on the golden sandy shoreline, refuelling with traditional seaside fare such as ice cream and fish and chips. Crabbing, beach games and water sports are just a few of the activities on offer, but for walkers, the scenic coast path is a sincere treat. Snowdonia National Park offers a wealth of trails through its rugged landscape, but you could also swap the hustle and bustle for a quiet day on the golf course.

Store your coats in the cupboard in the entrance hall and kick off your sandy shoes after a day on the beach. A doorway leads through to an open-plan living space that’s equipped for special suppers around the dining table, with the kitchen providing an electric oven, hob, under-counter fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The additional lounge area features cosy sofas and a TV for curling up with post-dinner drinks, or why not challenge the youngsters to a game of chess to spend some quality time together. The adjoining utility room will prove very useful thanks to the fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and ample space. Through to the garden room that has vaulted ceilings, painted beams and sleek flooring underfoot. It offers a warm welcome from the moment you step inside to relax on the sleek sofas and watch TV. French doors open out to the patio for an al fresco twist, inviting you to relax  on the garden furniture with a glass of wine on balmy evenings. At bedtime, you’ll discover the first bedroom on the ground floor – a double room with handy storage and there’s also a shower room with a shower and WC. Back through to the hallway, you’ll find a staircase leading up to the remaining two bedrooms, one twin room with two single beds, a hanging rail and bedroom furniture, and one double with a TV, armchair and useful storage. Completing the property is a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and a WC.

Outside, the patio has garden furniture for all those post-dinner drinks you have been looking forward to, as well as a barbecue, and there is a shared lawn for youngsters to let off steam. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

A really lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the outside courtyard area. Has all the things you would expect for a holiday cottage and more. The surroundings are beautiful, we were on the beach everyday and there are some fantastic local restaurants as well as a wonderful butcher. Would highly recommend

The cottage was spacious and it was nice to have the two sitting room areas with televisions, as the children could watch something different and play. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and town. The weather in April wasnt brilliant so we took the children to the Magic Lantern cinema in Tywyn which they really enjoyRead moreed. I would recommend a visit there. The lawn at the rear of the property was lovely although the weather stopped us from using it, but in the summer it would be really nice to eat out there and let the children play outside. Hide

A great location in a well equipped holiday home. Great access to the beach but also close to the mountains and valley walks. A short walk to the village for pubs/restaurants/shops etc. A home from home experience that can highly recommend for a holiday.
