A spacious cottage set in beautiful countryside. Very quiet and away from it all but an easy drive to Llangollen, Ellesmere and Oswestry. Great hot tub to relax in after a day exploring the area.

Response from HolidayCottages: Thank you for the review, we take all feedback on board. The owners have kindly responded letting us knowthat all issues mentioned have been actioned - A problem with upstairs en suite where the loo kept filling and the shower head needed descaling as blocked and the fan didn't work Otherwise we had a nice stay despitRead moree a four hour power cut. Perhaps a few torches and candles would be good in case it occurs again. Hide

A great break away from it all. Nuthatch Cottage is in a lovely location in a beautiful setting. Definitely the place to go for a break 'away from it all'.

Cottage was amazing, well lit, warm and cozy. The tub outside was hot and ready to go, Feb was a bit chilly so swimwear & woolly hats. Nice walks locally for the dog and having a secure area at the cottage helped as well. I would recommend the cottage, the farm also had a good sized shortfall hut and some of the wooden pod things. It would be a greRead moreat place for family get togethers. I really enjoyed my break and so did the dog. Hide

Bit scary driving down the very narrow lane when we arrived but soon got used to it. Felt very at home and the owners were very kind and helpful.
