What a stunning property with just wonderful views and a near perfect garden. Location is absolutely perfect. The hill back is well worth it for the views. Beds were unbelievably comfortable and the house has everything you could need. A really excellent stay I could not recommend anything more.

Fabulous large house with amazing sea views. We were warm and very comfortable (very comfy mattresses). The kitchen was generously equipped and we had everything we needed. Food at the Penhelig Arms was really good and there is a short-cut footpath to it which is worth discovering.

We had a great stay here and loved it's location and stunning views. 5 minute walk downhill to the town but 10 back up the hill!!! Parking for 2 cars was a bonus as was the garden for our energetic dog. The property is a little tired but that meant a comfortable stay not worrying about wet shoes or dogs!! Showers were good, beds comfy. There's gameRead mores and jigsaws for rainy days and the laundry room came in handy after our long walks. We felt very at home and would happily stay here again. Hide

Beautiful views from the front windows we sat there just looking out a lot of the time, the garden is also lovely with a couple of cooking apple trees which we used to make a crumble, the upstairs of the house is fine with 3 of the 4 bedrooms of a good size the bathroom and en-suite are good, the downstairs could do with a refurbishment along with Read morethe kitchen. The location is tremendous, far stretching views across the estuary both from the house & the large well established garden. However it's a bit of a lung buster from the front up the winding hill to the house. The house is very spacious, only 2 cars on drive so if a 3rd car you'll need to find space elsewhere. Subject to my observations to holiday Read morecottages, I would recommend this house. Hide

Stunning views with a comfy chair perfectly positioned in the window for Grandpa to see the sea and be a part of the holiday. Well equipped, en-suite for Grandparents and a fantastic kitchen/dining room for all the family to gather. The town is a 5 minute walk (downhill) worth the uphill return for the views. Lot's of space to store stuff and a hugRead moree garden well protected from the wind with table and chairs, plus a hammock to put up and watch the sea. Hide
