This stunning apartment is situated in the heart of Harrogate, just a short stroll from all this beautiful town has to offer. Featuring two cinemas, a theatre and the convention centre as well as plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, Harrogate is perfect destination for a great holiday.  Easily accessible and close by is the 200 acre parkland known as The Stray which is an excellent place to enjoy walks, picnics or to simply relax. For those who prefer to leave the car at home, both bus and train stations are a short walk away and have regular services to York and Leeds which connect to London.

A private front door on the ground floor of this property opens onto a hallway from where a staircase leads to the on the first floor. The main living area is a huge open-plan space which has been stylishly finished and comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner and great place to socialise. The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and simply enjoy spending time together on the comfortable sofas in front of the Smart TV.  The striking, modern wood burner is a lovely addition to the room on those colder winter evenings. The dining area has a table seating six, whilst there is breakfast bar with seating in the kitchen area which also offers an excellent range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom can also be found on this level of the apartment which has a spa bath, separate shower and WC. Three steps lead from the living area up to the first of two bedrooms, a king-size room. The second bedroom, the master is a king-size room overlooking the living area which is reached via a second set of stairs and benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC and features electric blinds for privacy.

A door from the ground floor hallway leads out to a lovely courtyard patio with garden furniture, providing a great place to sit back and unwind over al fresco drinks. There is free disc roadside timed parking just outside the property and in surrounding streets subject to availability.  Off road private parking space available  outside the apartment  £5.00 per day  payable directly to the owner.

We stayed here for 3 nights, absolutely loved it. Really well maintained, lovely dcor, super well equipped and the log burner was a fabulous addition as it was freezing outside when we stayed so lovely to come back to a comfortable and warm apartment. Short walk to the centre of Harrogate so location 5 star also. Highly recommend - thank you to theRead more owners, you really have thought of everything! Hide
