Here you can conjure up an array of delicious dishes using the wide range of ovens and other appliances and accessories, before perching at the breakfast bar with a cup of coffee. A boot room, with a second downstairs WC, can also be found here. One of your bedrooms, a twin, is also at this level. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.
