I stayed here with my partner and 2 children aged 7 and 12.. The cottage is stunning! Set in a beautiful location with amazing views. The cottage was Very clean and had everything needed including a few childrens games/toys. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and had a lot of use during the day. We didnt use the hot tub in the evening as its set Read moreup in the garden away from the house so we couldnt hear the children if they are in bed but great to use during the day. Lovely welcome on arrival and flowers and wine set on the table. Would highly recommend this property to stay. There are very steep steps to access the property and the garden/pool and hot tub are set at the top of the steps in the garden. The driveway is also very steep but all very worth it! The main road was a little noisy at night in main bedroom and as the cottage was hot we had to have bedroom windows open, but this cannot be helped in the location. We Couldn't hear the traffic once out the back of the cottage from the garden. Children's bedroom was lovely. They absolutely loved their stay! And they were very impressed they had a peacock visiting the garden in the morning! The garden was beautifully kept and there was a shed full of garden toys/beach toys/inflatables for children. Absolutely Wonderful! Our week in the property was amazing and we created some wonderful memories. Children didnt want to leave. Thank you for an amazing week in Banwell, I would most definitely recommend this place to stay. Laura and family Hide

This is a beautiful place to stay, when you first arrive the steep steps down to the property with heavy suitcases is not good, however our hosts did help us with this, which was very kind of them. They also showed how to use both the hot tub and the swimming pool. The cottage is idyllic, having the main bedroom, lounge and bathroom on the groundRead more floor, the twin bedroom is on the first floor and the kitchen is downstairs, all areas have been well thought out, there is even a reading nook above the lounge. There is a huge selection of dvds for the evenings, along with a cd player and digital radio, there are a good choice of games to occupy you, especially outside in the shed by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were Nana, Daughter and Granddaughter, we will definitely stay here again. Hide

The cottage is set in the most beautiful landscape. Sitting in the hot tub of an evening, you are fully emersed in nature with the rustling trees, dragonflies whizzing around overhead and, if you're lucky, even a visit from 5 brazen peacock's who I'm guessing live locally.
