We were not impressed by the state of the property or the utensils - we had to clean most items before we could use them. The settees were not the most comfortable . Enjoyable break in this surprising spacious clean and well presented cottage, with parking onsite. Great location for walking to the local beaches, to the local real ale pub with food, hotel with restaurant, and joining the locals in Harry's Bar just a few steps from the door. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, light and airy, well served by the village shop, The Old Harry Bar and a bus route to Bournemouth and Swanage. The beaches are within walking distance, Knoll beach was the most spacious.

We are regular bookers at this cottage. Location great, easy to find, local shop, village feel, good equipment and accessible housekeepers and owner. A comfortable stay, we love it. Shame the road is getting very busy.
