Set just 0.5 miles from the beach and 100 metres from Glen Gardens - a beautiful open space with a play area and cafe, great for children or having picnics if you want to get away from the sand – this property is a great choice for families. The beach is lined with a historical promenade with a Seafront Sculpture Trail and beach chalets. Close-by and to the north, Filey Brigg (1.5 miles) has some amazing rock pools to explore and also marks the end/start of the Cleveland Way Walk. For a change of scene, the North York Moors National Park (24 miles) is a fantastic place to enjoy scenic country walks, explore a number of pretty towns and villages, or perhaps test your mettle at the Go Ape high ropes centre in Dalby Forest (23.5 miles).

Enter the property from your parking area at the rear of the house, make your way up the garden and step into this lovely home-from-home. You'll be welcomed into a large open-plan, lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is generously sized with lots of storage and is well equipped with all you need, so cooking up a family feast will be a breeze. Take your meal over to the large dining table and recall the fun day you've had at the beach. After dinner, what better way to relax than on the comfortable leather sofa or armchair whilst catching up on your favourite TV program on the Smart TV. Completing the downstairs is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and WC. Climb the steep stairs to the three bedrooms: 2 luxury king-size rooms for the adults plus a bunk room for the little ones. There is also a separate WC on this floor.

Outside, to the rear of the property is a large patio with an outdoor dining set, ideal for al fresco meals and a bench to the front of the property to soak up the suns rays

Comfortable house with good range of kitchen equipment. Private parking was a bonus on busy days. Easy walk to the beach, or into town. Good range of independent shops and eateries in Filey.

We enjoyed a lovely family weekend in Seabreeze at the very end of October. The house was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The weather was glorious so our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach. We were very pleased that the back garden was fully enclosed. We felt it was slightly over priced, especially as we paid an extRead morera 40 for the dogs for two nights. Would recommend for a family as the location was ideal for the beach and amenities. Hide

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Breeze a real step up from other places weve stayed in Filey. The location is perfect, right by the park and a short (steep, as with all of Filey) walk to the beach. The house is spacious with three well-appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches like bread, milk and biscuits on arrival. The location was brilliant, and the parking space was a definite bonus (we were warned it was a little tight for space and it was, but still manageable). However, the cleanliness let this house down for us unfortunately.

Super holiday house for families. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and near to sea, town and parks. Would definitely recommend. We hired it with the house next door so that the whole family could holiday together and we had a great time.

A comfortable, well equipped cottage in a fantastic location! This was my second visit and I will be visiting again! The parking place at the rear of the property means you do not have to worry about finding a space in such a busy resort - especially in school holiday time.

Great house and perfect location for the beach, the park and walking into Filey. Wonderful to have parking and some outdoor space too. The kitchen is set up really well with everything we needed.

Seabreeze was a lovely home from home and very well equipped for our family of 4 plus dog. So very central and handy for access to beach and a lovely park, great for kids and dogs. If our dog Rosie could talk think she would give her holiday a 10/10 as she enjoyed the location and met lots of dog friends whilst out & about Hope to return again.

Many properties are 5* on the basics but the real bonus of Seabreeze is the location. A quiet cul-de-sac near to Glen Gardens and an easy stroll down to the sea. Filey town is just 10 minutes walk away. So glad we opted for this place instead of an alternative in the middle of town. Fantastic location, quiet end of town a stones throw from the park and beach and easy walk to centre. Good amenities, lots of storage up and down. Handy lobby with coat hooks and shoe rack. Comfortable property in a great location, close to amenities and beach. Good layout downstairs. Lovely large double, smaller double and bunk bedroom both very small and lacking storage. Nice property in a great location right next to the front and five minutes from the town centre. Only minor niggle was the state of the cookware which was poor quality and in a terrible condition.

Absolutely unbeatable location, right by Glen Gardens Park, a short walk to the dog friendly beach, two minutes walk into town and all the amenities. The home is fully equipped and the milk, biscuits and bread were a welcome bonus on arrival, yes the parking is tight but I had no problems parking my Skoda Estate, just a word of warning though the sRead moreeagulls will cover your car but that's the pri e you pay for being so close to the sea !
