The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout combining kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and there’s a dining table with seating for four. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a feature fireplace with electric flame-effect fire, ideal for relaxing after long days out exploring. Also on the ground floor is a modern family bathroom, complete with a bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms in the eaves, a double with a Smart TV and a twin – both with sloped ceilings and good head height throughout.
Large patio doors lead from the living space to a private enclosed patio with outdoor furniture, a great spot for enjoying meals in the fresh air or soaking up countryside views.
