Located on a quiet lane, this bungalow is close to the sandy bays of Colwell and Totland. Totland itself is a small seaside village, and neighbouring Colwell Bay is where you’ll find wonderful views of the mainland and the historic coastal defences. Much of the nearby coastal area is owned by the National Trust making it a wonderful walking area. In the centre of the nearby town of Freshwater there are a variety of shops, including a small supermarket, public houses and a sports centre with indoor swimming pool.

Entering the bungalow there is a lovely kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, walk-in pantry and a pleasant dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a small utility area. The living area, with comfortable seating and 50 inch Smart TV, is a particularly light room with large window and patio doors opening out onto a secluded courtyard section of the extensive garden. A small conservatory room adjoins the living area with its own set of patio doors opening on to the courtyard. A wonderful place to sit, relax, read or daydream at any time of year. There are three bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with king-size bed and TV, the second is a slightly smaller double bedroom with smart TV/DVD, and the third is a bunk bedroom with a wash hand basin. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC. There is a second separate WC.

Outside, wonderfully large lawn gardens surround the property and there are pretty shrub borders. The garden is surrounded by walls, fencing and hedging but is not securely enclosed. Garden furniture is provided to enjoy the delights of al fresco dining. Off-road parking for at least two cars is available on the drive.

Sea Haze is lovely holiday accommodation, with its huge well kept rear garden and easy access to Freshwater, Totland Bay etc.. Weve stayed many times and find it suit our needs very well.

Outstanding value winter break. Enormous, well tended garden. Divine location short walk to sea with views. Cottage was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. Master bed supremely comfortable with very luxurious bedding. A treat bag with ball and snacks was left for our dog and there was something for the humans too! CoRead moremmunication with housekeeper was attentive and straightforward. Hide

Very spacious property and very quiet, which was lovely at the end of each day. It was well equipped throughout with most of the home comforts you could imagine. The garden was also very spacious. A well presented spacious bungalow, with a large interesting garden that was ideal for the dog. Well presented throughout, with a lovely patio area. The location is superb, above Totland Bay with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. It is on the quieter and prettier side of the island, with lots of walks and places of interest to visit. The photos do not do this bungalow justice! The garden is really fabulous and fairly secure for dogs. A very small dog would be able to get under the front gates so would need to be blocked off. Totland beach is an easy short walk away, a few steps to navigate. Local shop within easy reach and a chip shop and Chinese takeaway. The Waterfront restauRead morerant and The Hut are walkable. Spacious and spotless cottage with well-maintained garden (wisteria in full flower), within easy reach of sea. Very helpful housekeeper. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, clean, comfy and the garden was so nice, perfect for my granddaughter to play, she loved it. It was perfect for our family break and the location was nice with view of the sea. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. We would definitely recommend and we would also love to return to this house.
