A wonderful holiday cottage for the whole family, ideally located in the pretty village of Brockenhurst the largest village in the New Forest. Although you are surrounded by some of the most beautiful forest landscapes with free roaming wild ponies, deer and cattle, you have the convenience that Brockenhurst train station is located on the Waterloo line, therefore easily accessible. Take a stroll or hop on your bike into the village centre where you will find bundles of charm and history, alongside a wonderful range of independent local shops, cafes and a trendy wine bar. There really is something for everyone. If a family day out is more your style, then head to Peppa Pig world at Paulton’s Park nearby. You can also have a spa day at one of the local hotels within walking distance.

Enter this stylish property via the hallway into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is a great spot to sit and relax in front of the TV after a full-on day exploring the local area. Cook up a beautiful meal in the kitchen which comes complete with electric oven and induction hob, American-style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room with a sociable dining table is great for gathering the whole family, with patio doors leading out into the garden, it’s the ideal spot for indoor outdoor living. A cloakroom with WC completes this level. Venture up to the first floor where you are met with the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. The twin bedroom sits next door with views over the rear garden, the king-size bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes and TV, with the final bedroom on this level featuring one single bed. Head up to the next floor where the super-king-size bedroom is located complete with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Excellent Cottage Ample parking of road Good location quite near town.The Bungalow was very clean and well maintained. There where six of us having regular showers the hot water never ran out.The appliances for cooking and cleaning are in excellent order plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, the Doubler door fridge freezer was large enough to accRead moreommodate all our frozen and chilled food. Excellent property, perfect situation in the town close to shops, pubs, restaurants, small train station and bus stops. You can leave your car on the drive and enjoy the location on foot.

Kingfisher Cottag5e is in a perfect location within walking distance to the shops and pubs. The forest walks are just around the corner too so no need for a car if you do not want to drive during your stay. We had a lovely week in this amazing cottage it was close to amenities but also had lovely walks for the dogs close by. The cottage was well equipped for everything you would need for a family with a baby and two dogs! Would highly recommend to others

Kingfisher Cottage is a real home from home. Deceptively spacious inside and just the right size garden. The accommodation was excellent with plenty of space, all the equipment you could possibly need and lots of storage. A lovely welcome pack, with canines considered too. Definitely recommend.

A lovely holiday rental - very close to Brockenhurst and walking distance to the train station, shops, bike hire centres, walks etc. Some noise due to the property being quite close to a fairly busy road at times. My wife and I stayed at Kingfisher Cottage with our daughter, her husband and our two young grandsons. We all greatly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is roomy, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden is very pleasant, and there is off-road parking for two cars. Perfect for our needs.

We were all very pleased with Kingfisher Cottage, it had all the amenities we required and its location near to pubs and restaurants was ideal. Also nice to be near the stream at Balmer Lawn for our grandchildren to enjoy. The air conditioning unit in the loft bedroom was also appreciated..

This is a conveniently located cottage and is excellently equipped. The high chair and travel cot (free of charge) are a welcome addition. It was very clean and very comfortable and felt like a home-from-home. We would gladly return.

Welcome hamper provided everything needed for tired travellers. Ample parking for 3 small cars. Modern kitchen and clean house with a lovely large dining table perfect for family meals and games. Very comfortable beds, huge bath and great shower. Would stay again.

Kingfisher Cottage was a really comfortable, warm and well equipped house. It was in a great location with lovely walking from the door plus shops and pubs. We really appreciated the welcome hamper and the property managers were very quick to respond helpfully to our queries.

Great location in the heart of Brockenhurst, fantastic walks from here into the forest with our two dogs. The garden to the cottage is very well and securely fenced so brilliant for the dogs. The cottage is very clean, modern and has a comfy super king size bed on the top floor, which was perfect for us.

Well equipped, comfortable home in good location. Very dog friendly, biscuits, bowls, toys and rugs provided. Very short walk to heath and woodland walks. Easy access to shops, station, pubs etc.
