Guests are also welcome to use the large main garden. There is also a serpentine walled kitchen garden. The property retains its high ceilings and large windows offering a light and spacious feel with stunning views over formal gardens. The owners of Garden View like to welcome their guests with fresh flowers, homemade marmalade, eggs from their own chickens, and fruit and vegetables according to the season.

Parham is a pretty village situated approximately three miles to the south of Framlingham and fourteen miles east of Aldeburgh and the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Framlingham is a small market town that is rich in history and heritage. There is a 12th Century curtain-walled castle and the historic St Michael's church. Other places to visit include the beautiful villages of Constable Country, Minsmere bird reserve and Snape Maltings. There are a number of cycle routes and waymarked walks in the area.

We booked the property because the gardens looked so lovely and we were not disappointed. It was wonderful to he able to walk round the extensive, well-maintained gardens. Our flat - Garden View - was bright, airy, well equipped and very comfortable.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful house and peaceful setting, the grounds are just stunning and owners welcoming. We were spoilt with apples from the orchard, fresh eggs and homemade marmalade. Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed and sofas. The gardens were so beautiful and peaceful. We saw a Woodpecker family and rabbits and could hear deer barking. It was such a beautiful place to stay and we heartily recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings.

A very nice location with adequate facilities. The spiral staircase is rather ponderous with large cases especially for the elderly. A bit of a way from local facilities like a country pub.

Beautiful setting. Very peaceful and relaxing. Well equipped apartment. Ideal location for visiting places along the Suffolk coast. Access being up an external spiral staircase could be restrictive for some but did not bother us. Welcome pack of eggs and home made jam very welcome.

Its a lovely apartment, and our second stay there. There are so many lovely touches - the Fairtrade teas and coffees, the home made jam, eggs and fresh veg in the fridge. Everything is as it should be to make one welcome and comfortable.

We have stayed in a large number of holiday rentals, and this is one of the very best. It is a lovely oasis set in gorgeous gardens, with high ceilings and large windows. Light and airy flat in a superb garden. Quiet location but ideal base for Sutton Hoo, Orford and the other coastal resorts. Beautiful area. We enjoyed the grounds and watching the chickens, horses, sheep etc.
