Saltburn-by-the-Sea blends Victorian charm with a modern surfing vibe. The town's golden crown is a wide, sandy beach patrolled by lifeguards. Enter this handsome townhouse full of period charm and original features; It is a treat to holiday in. Make your way inside into the classic hallway gifted with high ceilings that run through to the fabulous open-plan living space, with a stylishly decorated dining area perfect for big family meals. The large dining table can seat everyone, making it a wonderfully sociable room ideal for celebrations and gatherings. Cook up a delicious feast in the state-of-the-art kitchen with everything you need to feed a large group, including an electric hob and double electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and wine cooler. After dinner, kick back in the comfortable lounge room, open the bi-folding doors and extend your space to the garden - perfect on warm summer nights. Close the doors and watch a film on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a downstairs WC. When it's time to get some rest, head upstairs to the first floor, where you will find a twin bedroom with a sink, a king-size bedroom with a sink, and a sizeable super-king-size bedroom with a large bay window and sea view, all providing space to sleep, store, or study. This is a large property in a great location, very close to the sea front. Whilst not a big place Saltburn has a lot of facilities We had a very nice time exploring Saltburn and the surrounding area.

We booked this property to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary with family and booked for three nights but left after two. We found it scruffy, neglected, basic and depressing with areas of disrepair.

Absolutely wonderful property in a great location with the added bonus of off-street parking. We were lucky enough to be there for Saltburn Food Festival which was literally at the end of the road. We were 2 families of 4 with 1 dog and the property was perfect for us - only minor gripe was there wasn't a big enough roasting dish/tray when cooking Read morefor all of us. This house is in a great location. Perfect for groups of friends or family. Beach and seafront is lovely for everyone,all ages and dogs too. Comfortable bedrooms. Lounge and dining table a squeeze for 12 but we had a great time. Very handy walk to shop at nearby Sainsburys. We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th birthday with my children and Grandchildren . Cottage immaculate, all necessary facilities available and location just a walk away from the local shops and bars. Welcome pack much appreciated too.

Lovely location , parking a great bonus. Bed linen perfect. We had bad luck the weather was atrocious, so didnt get chance to use the lovely garden seating area.
