The traditional coastal town of Swanage has a popular sandy beach and a great selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Backed by rolling hills, in this location, you’ll have plenty of choices when it comes to walking routes, with the South West Coast Path, Ballard Down and Durlston Country Park all within 2 miles. A heritage steam railway line runs to Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins cared for by the National Trust as well as a picture-postcard street to explore. Within 14 miles, there is a wide range of attractions, with something for everyone including Monkey World, The Tank Museum, RSPB Arne, the walled town of Wareham, Studland and Tyneham village.

From the roadside, a shared entrance hall leads to the private door into this ground-floor apartment. Once inside, you’ll find the inviting living/dining area to your right. This charming room has a light and bright ambience thanks to its bay window and has been decorated with care to create a real home-from-home. Enjoy leisurely meals or watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Along the hallway are the two bedrooms and the kitchen. Set to the rear of the property are the stylish bathroom and a door to the courtyard.

The flat is outstanding, clean, well decorated, good bathroom and kitchen, close to town centre, and the complimentary tea, coffee biscuits etc made our arrival. Sadly the tenant of flat 2 made our stay miserable, waking us numerous times between 11pm and 2am and again early morning (from 5.30 onwards).

The property itself was lovely, comfortably furnished and kitchen well equipped.The only problem we experienced was noise from flat above. It appeared they moved the furniture around every night about 10.30pm. Can only assume no carpets.

Lovely flat, great location. Appreciated the recommendations for eating out, etc. Would definitely stay there again. Missed out on some of the promised provisions due to a change of cleaner but otherwise no problems.

Great location just a short walk from the high street and beach. The flat was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with kitchen essentials, books, games, and DVDs. The welcome pack (milk, biscuits, chocolate) was a lovely touch. Parking on the street was limited but we always found a space nearby. A wonderful week's stay at Bliss by the Sea. Well equipped, incredibly clean and comfortable beds. A few minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of nearby activities. Had no problem finding parking at the top of road. The small outdoor area was perfect for drying off our wetsuits and beach equipment. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Bliss by the sea , great location , spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Welcome pack was a lovely touch . No need for the car as the beach and town are a 10 minute walk away . We knew about parking , being first come first served . We couldnt park near the apartment, but found a space at the top of the hill Read more, where it stayed for the whole of our stay it made a lovely change not to drive . We can recommend the coastal buses as well . Hide

A well located and well equipped apartment, great centre for exploring the local area. Good walks from the cottage or using the busses or steam train. Lovely beaches nearby, with beach toys in the cottage.

We felt very comfortable in Bliss at the Sea. The location is superb for a lovely beach holiday but also away from the crowds to have a decent night's sleep. Any little problems or suggestions were immediately followed up on by the owners. I would willingly recommend this flat to anyone.

Delightful property in a great location. Very comfortable beds and great bathroom with plenty of hot water. Parking outside can be an issue , so recommend finding a space and walk everywhere ! Some great restaurants in Swanage and all within walking distance. Booking is recommended. In fact everything that you want to do is walkable. From beaches ,Read more pier , Harrys Rock and Durlston Head to name a few. Hide
