This property is conveniently set in a residential area within easy reach of all that vibrant Weymouth has to offer.

Entering the property via a shared entrance, you’ll take the steps up to the first floor where the entrance can be found. Enter directly into the spacious fitted kitchen where you can whip up delicious feats for your group with a backdrop of colourful tiles. The light and bright living/dining room has a striking bay window and Smart TV, perfect for watching the world go by or catching up with your favourite shows. Next to the living room is a double bedroom; choose to get a great night’s sleep here or take a step down from the kitchen into the master bedroom with its king-size bed. When it’s time to freshen up, head to the shower room next door.

This coastal town has an award-winning sandy beach backed with shops, cafes and restaurants aplenty. The harbour is also well worth a visit, where you can take a boat trip or try your hand at fishing. The area is rich in history being located on the Jurassic Coast and being home to the Victorian Nothe Fort (1 mile) and ancient ruins of the cliffside Sandsfoot Castle (1.5 miles). Take a trip to Portland, with its traditional lighthouse and stunning 16th-century castle (both within 7 miles) or explore the rugged pebble swathes of Chesil Beach (3 miles). Further afield, you can take the family to attractions such as Monkey World (14 miles) and the Tank Museum (14.5 miles).

Despite having no dedicated outside space, this property is proximal to Weymouth Beach and the pavilion where you can enjoy a pleasant day out with your group.

Great location, not too far from the beach. The parking was a bonus, can be a bit tight though if all 4 spaces are occupied. Good facilities and plenty of space. The welcome gifts left were much appreciated.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable and has everything you need, close to the beach and an easy, short stroll to the rides and shops. The off-street parking is a definite added bonus!

Lovely flat in a close location to the seafront. Parking space also. Good communication from the owner, very friendly and welcome gifts in the flat on arrival were a wonderful thought. Couldn't fault anything. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.

All in all a nice flat. Poor entrance hall downstairs.Parking is good. Situated in a decent area, but 20mins walk from harbour area where all nice pubs etc are. The flat is roomy, clean and comfy. The bathroom is clean but tiny and needs attention.. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of goodies left for us by owner which was appreciated. The beds are Read morereally comfy, nice duvets, pillows etc. Living room is spacious and comfortable. Lots of games and puzzles available. A good flat for the price. Hide

Had a lovely stay here, really close to the beach and the off street parking is ideal! The property itself is really nice, spacious and comfy. The little treats left for when we arrived was a really thoughtful touch and made arriving and unpacking that bit easier and nicer. This flat is perfectly located. We were able to walk to everything and had little need for the car unless we travelled outside of Weymouth. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.
