From the dining area, take five steps down into the cosy lounge where you will find a warming wood burner, comfortable seating and a Smart TV, an ideal space to relax after a busy day exploring the area. The oak staircase situated in the middle of the kitchen/dining space leads down to the lower-ground floor where you will find two of the three bedrooms, a super-king-size with Smart TV and the second bedroom with a feature fireplace has 2 single beds plus Smart TV. A shower room with WC is located next to this bedroom. A second staircase situated in the lounge area takes you down to the third bedroom, a king-size, along with Smart TV. There is also another shower room and WC next to this bedroom.
Venturing outside, you will discover a tiered garden with seating and a BBQ, where you can enjoy family meal times on the large outdoor table whilst taking in the beautiful sea views, or venture to the upper part of the garden with hillside views, a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
