Stayed for 7 days with 5 year and 16 year old grandkids and was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Great location and wanted for nothing. Use of beach towels provided was a bonus. Easy walking distance to sewerby hall and local pub with beer garden and play area for kids. Host very helpful and pleasant.

A very well equiped and comfortable cottage. A lovely conservatory to sit with an outlook to the garden. The most interesting sites to visit are RSPB Bempton and Flamborough to watch the seabirds and seals. York is nearby and also Burton Agnes Hall is nice to see. For us the only that could be improved is a larger bed with a softer matras.
