One of fourteen holiday properties on the complex and found in an attractive location allowing complete tranquillity. The coast and Bude itself are only just over a mile away from this property, making it an ideal base for families. Bude boasts four beaches, a tidal pool and a nice selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall and North Devon with a variety of the finest beaches, clifftop walks and many more attractions to suit all tastes. Close to Bude are the attractions of Tintagel with its ancient castle ruins, Boscastle, Widemouth Bay (for great surfing), and Clovelly. A few miles outside of Bude is the Rebel Cinema, which has a huge following and an unusual spot for a movie palace.
On arrival, you will find a lovely lounge with a wood burner (first basket of logs included) and ample comfortable seating to relax in. There is also a Smart TV so you can still stay up to date with your favourite shows. A dining room is found adjacent to the kitchen, with the table and chairs seating up to eight people. The kitchen area comes well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Follow the stairs up to the first floor to the three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, with one enjoying a TV, and twin. The bathroom is close by with a shower over bath and WC. A separate WC can also be found downstairs for convenience.
Step outside and you’ll be able to enjoy an enclosed garden area along with a patio, seating and a BBQ. There is a utility room nearby with washing machines and dryers, used on an honesty box basis. Leisure facilities at the complex are varied and include shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool (open from Feb half-term to early November, and over Christmas and New Year). There is also a games room with play facilities including table tennis, and pool table, along with an outdoor play area for children.
