Set in the stunning location of West Bay, this modern property benefits from beautiful views of the local area. Get involved by going on one of the numerous boat tours or even trying your hand at catching your own dinner with a mackerel sea fishing tour.

Set over three floors, there are two steps up into the hall of the property which has ample storage for coats and boots, as well as a well-appointed sitting room with comfortable furnishings and a gas fire for cooler days. The kitchen and dining room has everything a home needs and provides a nice cosy hub for family dinners. The garden can be accessed via the rear door. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom while on the second floor there is an additional bedroom possessing incredible views of the fields and hills and a further bathroom.

To the rear of the property there is a quaint gravelled courtyard with path and terrace surrounded by flower beds and selected shrubbery and trees. There is an area where you can set up a disposable BBQ, perfect for dining outside in the warmer weather.

Fabulous cottage, great location between West Bay and Bridport. Property has everything so well equipped, loved the cup cakes and Prosecco on arrival. Found some super pubs and places to eat. Bus to Lyme Regis made a lovely day trip. Thank you so much, for an amazing break.

We enjoyed our stay in this cosy house. Everything you could need is here. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The sofas are very comfortable as are the beds and pillows. The towels and bed linen are of high quality. The location is great, on a small quiet estate with safe parking and a level 10 minute walk to the beach and the harbour. The big supeRead morermarket is a few minutes drive away, as is Bridport itself, and the pretty beaches and villages of south west Dorset are within easy reach. Hide

The perfect base from which to explore this part of Dorset. The cottage was cosy, well equipped, clean, quiet and welcoming. Helen's home-made chocolate cake was a bonus and her phone call to check out safe arrival much appreciated. The location is ideal, a short walk from the harbour and easy access to some great walks with spectacular views. WestRead more Bay has an impressive range of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops and the local buses made it possible to travel without having to use the car. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at Broadmead. The location is excellent, being only a short walk to the beach and West Bay which has lots going on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well thought out, with great views over the opposite fields. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.

Spotless and well maintained. Good location. Would have been helpful to know that the showers were located in the baths, rather than proper showers.

A lovely house very close to West Bay, and easy to walk to rather than park up in the carparks. Helen the owner, was so lovely and kept in touch to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Little touches like the homemade cake and tea was very thoughtful after a long drive. Would stay here again.
