Musbury is a lovely village with a friendly pub, with the site of an Iron Age hillfort just over half a mile away. The charming seaside resort of Seaton is to the south (4 miles), making a great starting point for exploring the awe-inspiring Jurassic Coast, with the historic town of Lyme Regis to the east (6.5 miles). Keen walkers can head inland to explore the magnificent Blackdown Hills National Landscape which lies to the north (10 miles), with other local attractions and landmarks including the Symondsbury Estate, Coney's Castle, Forde Abbey and Gardens, and the site of the ancient Blackbury Camp, all within 14 miles.

Entering this inviting property, the ground-floor hallway has a washing machine and plenty of space for leaving coats and muddy boots, alongside room for storing bikes. A staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor where you will find the main accommodation. The fresh, bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is full of character, with original beams, a high vaulted ceiling and exposed stonework demonstrating the property's long history and former heritage as a village bakery. The snug lounge has ample seating, a Smart TV and sumptuous seating, perfect for unwinding in after a family meal which you can enjoy around the handsome central dining table. To the rear of this light and inviting room, the beautifully arranged and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for rustling up a range of family favourites. Exploring this bright and thoughtfully updated retreat further, you will have a choice of three warmly decorated bedrooms: a characterful single room with a refreshing en-suite shower room, a cosy twin with timber beams and a sweet Juliet balcony, and a relaxing king-size room also with timber beams. The accommodation is rounded off with a stylish main bathroom.
