Good central location to explore the forgotten corner of Cornwall. We explored round Cawsand and Kingsand, Edgcumbe Country Park and caught ferry to Plymouth. Parking wasnt an issue, used the public car park (free after 4pm) or parked on road during the day. House is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped to cook a meaRead morel. We werent aware bathroom was downstairs but not an issue for us. Steep steps up into the garden which our dog struggled with when wet. Although it was June, weather was cool but house was cosy. Visited pub (2doors away) for drinks, free house so reasonable prices. Locals are very friendly. Handy to have Coop within a short walk. Nice walks round the lake. Hide
