Offering space for large families or a group of friends, this retreat is ideally located in the coastal village of Rock. Just 0.3 miles away from the house is a parade of shops which includes an award winning bakery, and fish and chip shop. You can also step out of your door and enjoy a 10 minute walk down to the beautiful and quiet Porthilly beach - all via pretty footpaths and fields. Rock has a stunning sandy beach (1.2 miles) that’s perfect for swimming, sunbathing, sandcastle building and water sports. You will also find boutique shops and a selection of high-quality pubs and restaurants here, as well as a passenger ferry to the harbour town of Padstow (14.5 miles by car), a foodie haven with more chic shops to explore. Port Isaac, a charming seaside town with yet more superb places to eat, is only 8 miles away. Surfers will want to head to the waves at Polzeath Beach (2.5 miles), while golfers can tee off at St Enodoc (1.5 miles) where there are two 18-hole courses.
