Lovely clean welcoming cottage very friendly owner on site. Set in amazing gardens with lake. Perfect location for walking and visiting local towns like Newquay, st Agnes and Perronporth. Eat out at Tap house St Agnes and the minors pub. Both excellent food and service.

We arrived to find scones cream and jam, cake. There were biscuits for the dogs, it was such a lovely welcome. The owners live on sight so they were there if we needed help and were so friendly, but also left us to it once they had introduced themselves. It felt like a home from home.
