This charming two-storey cottage, perfectly situated within 10 miles of Tiverton, Wellington and Taunton is ideal for friends and families seeking an idyllic rural escape in Somerset. This dog-friendly property is perfect for walkers and families, with lovely routes right from the doorstep and a children's playpark only 100 metres away. Venture further afield to the Blackdown Hills National Landscape for hikes, or a ramble up to Wellington Monument for spectacular views across the county. There’s plenty to do for all ages whether watching a game at Taunton Cricket Club, visiting the popular Hestercombe Gardens, or climbing the ropes at Vivary Park. Coates English Willow Centre offers visitors a go at basket making and all things willow, while golfers can practise their swing at the West Country Golf Academy, 3 miles away. Plenty of attractions for children at Flip Out, an indoor activity centre or a trip to the old fashioned Wellesley Cinema after a look in the bespoke shops and eateries of Wellington. The property was so well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable with good pillows and bedding. The gardens are lovely, especially the rear patio area. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. The only issue was the distance to any shops or facilities and the local pub was a disappointment!
