This is a lovely cabin with great sea views. The location is really peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic beach, with access just over the road. It's a steep climb back up, but well worth it! Lovely neighbours who came to chat. Such a friendly community. Oh, very comfy bed which was appreciated after long walks every day!

This is the most perfect location in terms of view and the photo online really doesn't do it justice. When you arrive you are met by the sliding double doors which frame the outside decking - which is huge and an uninterrupted view of the sea and bays in all directions. It is totally secluded by surrounding hedges (if you fancy a bit of sunbathinRead moreg!). The drive along the coastline is stunning. We arrived mid afternoon in glorious sunshine and just sat on the deck with a glass of wine or 3 until 8pm. Lovely comfy stretch out sofas inside. There are no immediate local facilities in walking distance so come well prepared with your essentials. We had a minor water problem but spoke to the owner Paul who could not have been more helpful. He sent his maintenance man round immediately who fixed it. The only negative (not the owners fault!) was that the wind was particularly vicious that week - as it was all over the country - so it put a damper on things. Visited Looe - which we know and again it was cold and windy. Also went to Whitsand and Caw sands villages very picturesque. All in all this is a lovely cottage - for us just a shame about the weather. Paul the owner is a lovely man and goes above and beyond to help if needed. Hide

Beautiful location tucked away on the cliff-edge boasting panoramic views of the Cornish seascape. Very well presented, clean chalet. Very impressed.

Overall the cottage has great potential and offers a lovely retreat, however storage was extremely challenging, a filing cabinet cannot hold a week's worth of clothes for 2. An iron and ironing board were notably absent and while a dishwasher was provided, a washing machine would have been far more useful. Lingalonga is an absolutely fantastic place to unwind and relax, the view from the patio is amazing , in both sunny and windy conditions. The cottage itself is a very comfortable and pleasant place to be, even in very strong winds. Would highly recommend if you want rugged coastlines and a great base to see the rest of Cornwall from.

Great location, fantastic views, really enjoyed exploring the southeast corner of Cornwall, recommend using the bus service which stops right outside, ferry crossing over to Plymouth was really enjoyable. Seaton beach was easily accessible if you don't fancy the steep cliff path.

We had an enjoyable week's stay at Lingalonga, exploring both far (Eden Project & Fowey) and near (Cawsand and Antony House). The view from the decking is beautiful and more than makes up for the modest size of the property itself. We didn't always have sunshine, but the large windows meant we could enjoy the sky and sea, even when it was raining. Read moreIt was also a bonus to have parking in an area where spaces are limited. We found this lovely cottage in perfect condition. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped - we had everything we needed. The area is very quiet and we slept so well. The view from the patio was outstanding. We enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunsets. We would absolutely recommend the cottage and would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely little place to stay, the views are amazing. The cottage is small but perfect for two people, and the area is a walkers paradise. We wouldn't hesitate to come back in future

Small cottage, short on space in bedroom, but the patio and view makes up for everything else. Beautiful, we had lovely weather so that helped, peaceful, just listen to the birds. Would visit again.

The main reasons I decided to hire was because of the stunning photos & the positive reviews, and my word WOW, that patio view! A bit more pricey then many others, but when I say you are paying for a prime, quiet location and a view to take your breath away every moment your there, is an understatement! Please note, if you're elderly or have a physRead moreical issue you're probably going to struggle to the beach, but by car you're half an hour away from more accessible beaches.
