Had a lovely time over the Christmas Period. We have been to this apartment twice before and really love it. Carlyon Bay is a really nice area, with the beach just across the road from the apartment. There was just one problem, couldn't sign in to the internet, which had been disabled, but apart from that all was great. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in the property in October, a lovely flat, very clean and tidy and well equipped. Great location, with a few restaurants and bars, within easy walking distance.

A lovely property, which felt like a real home from home. The flat is spacious, comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and great shower. It is also quiet but well located, just a few minutes walk from the beach and many attractions as well as shops and eating places. Would highly recommend.

A very well kept and clean apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for exploring the Cornish coast. We had a peaceful and relaxing week. Secure private parking adjacent to the apartment. We hope to return.

Lovely location near beautiful Carlyon Bay. Roomy property in a quiet location however the bed could be improved for better quality sleep. Basic amenities need to be supplied for those travelling from overseas

This property was in an excellent central location for central Cornwall giving access by car to many of the other beautiful areas, such as the local ones, St Austell, Truro and Falmouth, but also for further south even to Penzance. The property was in a good state of repair and just the right size for a couple. It was very comfortable and well equiRead morepped. Excellent, More than big enough for 2 people and really well equipped. Close to the beach and for walks along coastal path. Tesco's and Lidl walkable and big Asda not far away. Great base with secure parking. We would highly recommend Penthouse. Thank you.

The flat is very spacious and well furnished. It was clean and has lots of space for hanging and storage of clothes. The shower and bath are wonderful. The heating was great. The lift made us giggle as you have to keep your finger on the button, but its designed that way. The parking is clearly marked.

A very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very quiet residential compound. Short walk to a popular and well serviced beach. Dining options include the hotel opposite , and three options on Beach Road about 10mins walk - AJ's bar , Chinese restaurant, Eddies , there's also the hotel on sea road. Really lovely apartment, nicely decorated and very well-equipped!! Good location for exploring the local area by car, and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Very secure location and great to have allocated parking, and the tea, milk and biscuits were a welcome treat to arrive to!!

This property is perfect in all aspects. It was a joy to be staying in and a lot of thought has been put into equipping it. We were so comfortable and relaxed staying there. Simply the best!
