Angarrack is known for its rich history and traditional Cornish architecture, with quaint stone cottages lining its narrow lanes and local pub serving good food. Positioned next to Angarrack Viaduct, an impressive structure that spans the nearby river, visitors can take leisurely walks along the riverbank or explore the surrounding nature trails, immersing themselves in the serene beauty of the area. Within 2.8 miles are the stunning beaches of St. Ives Bay and Hayle, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy water sports and explore the renowned art scene. You can also join the South West Coast Path from there for adventure in either direction - or just take advantage of the lovely beachside eateries on offer. The bustling town of Hayle offers a range of shops, restaurants, cultural attractions, and 3 miles of golden sands, recently voted in The Times as the UK's 'Most magnificent beach'. The lovely town of St Ives and St Michaels Mount are within 8.5 miles and both worth a visit. For golf lovers there is a driving range just over a mile away and West Cornwall Golf Club is within 5 miles over at Lelant.

Incredibly deceptive in size, this wonderful cottage really is a fantastic Cornish cottage with an array of contemporary comforts throughout. The open-plan lounge/diner is the heart of this home. Throw a log or two in the wood burner and watch the Smart TV after a day exploring your surroundings. Enjoy a family meal at the dining table with plenty of seating for all. Relax in the armchairs overlooking the garden in these peaceful surroundings. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you'll need for your holiday, whether its a special meal or picnic for a day out. There's also a family shower room on the ground floor, ideal after a day at the beach! Heading upstairs, you'll find the light, spacious super king room and a twin bedroom that can zip and link into a super king as well, both with plenty of storage and tastefully furnished. Lastly there's a family bathroom, perfect for a soak after a long day rambling the nearby trails.

Unwind in the enclosed and private garden among a variety of mature shrubs and plants. Enjoy a glass of fizz at sunset or al fresco dine under the star-lit sky. There is private driveway parking for two cars.

A nice quiet area to be in, being at the side of the trian line viaduct was of some concern at first, but you could hardly hear a train going over it. Sarah was very helpful, the house was clean and a good size for four, all in all we enjoyed our stay, and the local Pub serves great food.

Deceptively spacious accommodation. Very comfortable bed I slept a good 9 hours at a time. Well equipped for self catering and dining. Good pub food at Angarrack Inn only 3 minutes walk away. Landlord, staff and locals all very friendly. Just 16 minutes walk to St Ives brewery taproom open Friday and Saturday- excellent selection of craft beer. GooRead mored takeaway from Balti King. Good access to A30 to explore Cornwall. Can walk into Hayle along estuary but locals drive like maniacs on the narrow lanes Hide

The cottage is in a delightful village, near to lovely beaches on the north and south coasts. Easy access to the main A30 and St. Ives and Penzance. The village has a very good pub and nearby shopping centre.

The cottage is lovely. Very well maintained and very clean. It is also impressively equipped in the kitchen. The view of the viaduct is very impressive and the village is lovely and quiet. What a lovely place in a great location. Honestly, I would challenge anyone to find a better house for a family and their dog. The house is bigger than the pictures suggest, and there is a lovely walk for the dog basically as soon as you come out. The local pub, The Angarrack Inn, less than a 5 minute walk away serves absolutely outstanding food inRead more a traditional setting. You will be missing out if you don't pay it a visit. Simply put. This cottage was so well placed for exploring beautiful Cornwall. We were able to get to all the key sights easily, even during the busy summer holidays. The view over the garden from the easy chairs was so relaxing at the end of the day. Sarah was a thoughtful host, ensuring our stay was a success. We would return for another holiday.

We loved the cottage with its view of the viaduct, it was really peaceful there. Everything we needed was supplied, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. We would love to stay there again.

This cottage is a delight. Unique view with the viaduct at bottom of garden. Situated in a lovely village. Location is perfect for exploring the west coast. Most places we visited were 30 mins max in car so perfect as we had our dog with us. Highly recommend and much larger than you think it will be.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverside Cottage. It is in a great village location with easy access to the South West Cornwall area. On arrival your holiday truly starts, a peaceful location and a cottage that has everything, comfort, space well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are bright and airy and the very large bed is so comfortable, we had a wonderful holiday.

This property was spotless and very well equipped. (There was also a very nice welcome surprise left by the owners). Very comfortable bed and spacious living area. Well equipped kitchen with good quality facilities. Very quiet location and wheels are essential for getting around. We had a very enjoyable week.

This was our 2nd stay in Riverside Cottage and we loved it as much as the first time. A welcome cream tea awaited us on our arrival. It is a well equipped dog friendly property that's much bigger than photos show. It's in a great location and nearby Hayle has all the shops and eateries you might need during your stay. We had a great week staying in this cottage, it has all you need for a dog friendly holiday and took away any worries we had about bringing the dog away with us. The owner called in to see us on the first day and made us feel at home. The location was great for getting to the beaches and coast walks. We will be returning.

Our stay in Cornwall was fantastic. The house was ideal for our family of four, offering plenty of space. The kids had a great time playing hide and seek, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of scones and milk left for us by the owners. The Property at Angarrack Riverside is amazing for the setup, layout and position to the Coastal Towns and Beaches, Fantastic Walks and scenary, plus a very friendly and welcoming Pub just down the lane. Rooms are big and airy both downstairs and upstairs with superb level of fixtures and fittings. The Cottage is everything as previous guests had said. Lovely and clean. Much bigger than it looks. Pretty garden. Very comfortable bed.
