An excellent cottage. The wet rooms were ideal for dressing my elderly father, and he loved sitting in front of the log burning stove. Having an EV charger on site meant that there was no anxiety about finding charging points. Lots of interesting places to visit close by. A super place to stay.

A lovely autumn weekend break. Quiet and peaceful, as there were no music events that weekend, perfect for us. We did hear music from the bar (we assume) in the cottage on the first night which was quite loud which we wouldn't have enjoyed all weekend. Each to their own though. We absolutely loved the cottage. It was well equipped, very welcoming, comfortable and we loved the wood burner. I would highly recommend this cottage anytime of the year. The additional directions we received really helped us initially find the location. Sat- nav fell short of the location.

Lovely location and nice setup for a wheelchair user (our daughter) with easy accessibility to all rooms. In the summer you have the added bonus of Bar Silo on site where there is a bar, food and live music on a number of evenings and free entry to this as a resident on site.

We had a very pleasant stay at Homeypin. The cottage is a converted farm building built to a high standard. The fittings were all a good standard. The owners were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Very charming apartment in a beautiful location. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. The rise and recline chair was rock hard the sofa and chair really uncomfortable We left 2 days early as it really impacted our enjoyment as we both needed rest days which we couldn't spend in the accommodation due to the lack of basic comfort.

Lovely cottage, very well setup for my daughter who is in a wheelchair and access was great. Farmyard itself is a little hilly (it's Cornwall!) so not easy to explore the farm in the wheelchair but as a location and base for our holiday was great.
