Hire a bike and cycle the ‘mining trails’ close to Portreath's various woods or along the "Coast to Coast" to Devoran (11.5 miles). Drive along the coast just 6.5 miles to Godrevy lighthouse or Hayle (10 miles), and St Ives is only 16 miles distant.
