This getaway really does encapsulate all what Cornwall is about. From white sands and turquoise waters, to a surfer's paradise and pebbled coves, you will be spoilt for choice. The property is situated a short stroll from Widemouth Bay beach which is widely regarded as one of North Cornwall’s top coastal destinations. Within a short drive of your doorstep, there is plenty more to do such as delving into the historic village of Boscastle, exploring the South West Coast Path and even visiting the ever-popular Bude with countless attractions and restaurants serving all sorts of delicacies. You’ll find all these destinations within 12 miles from the property itself.

Upon entering, to the left of this welcoming home you will be immediately enticed by the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To your right, you can unwind into the home’s colourful seating choices; combined with the Smart TV, this is a perfect combination to relax after the day’s fun-filled activities. The kitchen, combined with the utility room, is well-equipped with an electric oven complete with induction hobs, plus a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. You have a choice of seating, either at the glass dining table or the breakfast bar, to plan the day’s events ahead. From the living and dining area, you can head straight through into the conservatory, which is incredibly light and airy. Here, another doorway will take you straight to the front outdoor seating area. Continuing through the kitchen will lead you through the utility space with coat/boot storage, and onto the first of the three bedrooms. This single bedroom has the option of a pull-out trundle single bed. Heading back through the kitchen and to your right will bring you to the remaining two bedrooms, one being the twin bedroom and the other being the master bedroom with a king-size-bed. Both of these bedrooms benefit from views over the garden and the surrounding fields, and provide ample storage space. Just off these bedrooms is the family shower room, with the added luxury of a walk-in waterfall shower, and WC. The accommodation is completed by a separate WC.

Heading outside to the rear of the bungalow, this property boasts a spacious back lawn area with a BBQ and outdoor seating. You also have an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy toes after a long day at the beach. To the front of the home, there is an additional outdoor seating area, just off the conservatory, and lastly there is plenty of space for three cars on the private driveway.

Had a great time at Brynor. Safe place for children & pets. Spacious and comfortable. Not far from beautiful Widemouth Bay that can be accessed by walking if you didn't want to drive.

Nice position, easy walking to beach Clean and comfortable beds, washing up liquid/soap/tea towels/loo paper provided However, like being in a goldfish bowl - conservatory looks onto road, no curtains. Outdoor 'private patio' also, so horrible to use Indoors, no privacy in small bedroom, looks into next door's window when you exit the room. Entire Read moreindoors living space lacking privacy Garden no privacy at all from neighbours.End fence not dog secure, so cannot leave door open for the dog. Hide

The cottage was spacious and cozy all at the same time, good size garden. The beds were super comfortable, ample parking it was great to be that close to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely large space, would be ideal for a family. My brother and I booked for a break with our mother. She ( and we ) loved the whole experience. Maybe mention that the property is on the left, we drove down and back up before we saw it.

Beautiful property. Very spacious and comfy. Everything is provided. Apart from hairdryer and an iron. There was even games for the kids. Lovely quiet location. Not even a 5min walk to the beach.
