Id recommend this to my friends and family. The location is very scenic and relaxing, especially with the decking and the gorgeous stream running outside it. The House its self is very modern, spacious and clean. Parking is a little bit of a walk to the accommodation, especially when youve got a mountain of bags and suitcases to take in. The groundRead mores its self are beautiful and immaculately well maintained and the club house is perfect for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Getting in and out of the holiday park is interesting A very narrow one way path for people and cars to walk up and down isnt ideal. Not sure much can be done about this, just worth taking into consideration. Would come back again. Hide

This was our first family holiday in Cornwall. The house was beautiful, warm and very clean throughout. Even the washing machine was pristine inside. We all found our beds comfortable. It was the first time that I slept well when away from home! The water pressure in the shower was very good. The kitchen was well equipped with all appliances in gRead moreood working order. The location was fine but no views. However we enjoyed the holiday park because it was very quiet where we were. Not a sound in the evening which was very peaceful. The kids liked the play area The shop wasn't well stocked as advertised, and had barely anything when we were there. Don't forget to pack salt and pepper like we did! However, the pint of milk in the fridge, the lovely Cornish tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. I loved the tea so much that I bought two boxes to bring home. We visited four castles, and went to three beaches without gave to drive for hours which was perfect for the children. We enjoyed fish and chips and delicious cornish pasties in Falmouth. It was a memorable holiday for our family. Hide

We stayed in Waterside over Christmas and it was perfect. The short walk to the basketball and tennis courts was heaven for us as I travelled with my 10 year old. Exceptionally clean, close to beaches, shops, Truro, local shops and everything you need. We didn't want to leave! Will definitely bear this in mind on our next visit to Cornwall. Thank yRead moreou. The cottage is clean and spacy. Large kitchen and living-room. The location is somewhat away from the centre of Falmouth which prevents you from walking into town but the environment is green and quiet. A lot of local activities possible, amongst which is a small heated pool and bubble-bath. I would recommend this property to friends.

Our first stay in Falmouth and we were pleasantly surprised by how close this properly is to the beaches - less than 5 minutes to Maenporth, Swanpool and Gylly beach - and we always managed a parking space too! The decking was a highlight - and we all enjoyeRead mored sitting next to the stream with a glass of wine in the evening after a day at the beach. Hide
