Within walking distance of the cottage you have the lovely sandy beaches of Maenporth and Swanpool. Head out further along the stunning coastline where there are many quaint fishing villages to explore or the larger town of Falmouth with its yacht marinas and array of shops, galleries, museums and restaurants. Alternatively, days out can include visits to the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan, Helford River or the Eden Project.
On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, complete with Smart TV. The lounge area is bright and airy, and the dining area is nicely set aside so you can enjoy a family meal. Moving into the kitchen you will find all you’re likely to need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Heading upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms: one double and two twins, and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. (Laundry facilities, including washing machine are available on site.)
Heading outside you will find the rear garden area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and access to gardens shared with other properties in this attractive resort. Staying in the resort you will find access to the family welcoming clubhouse that provide food and drink, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna and all-weather tennis courts complete with netball and basketball posts There is also a children’s play area which includes climbing frames, goal posts, picnic benches and a slide. Other unique features to enjoy are willow arches and a wild flower meadow to wander through. During the high season the club house provides snacks, drinks, meals and takeaways. You will find a small shop on site for those shopping essentials and daily papers that can be pre-ordered. Please note that pool and spa facilities only available between Easter and October.
