Located in a countryside spot yet with the long seafront within strolling distance, this a perfect gem to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Just 2 miles away you will find the beach and iconic St Michael's Mount at Marazion. To the north lies the resort of St Ives a favourite with artists for generations and a true surfing mecca. To the west lies Lands End and the stunning beaches of Sennen Cove. Penzance is the largest town in the area with plenty of choice for those shopping days or take a dip in the 1930’s Lido. Attractions in the area include the Tate Modern in St Ives, Karting, Poldark and Geevor Tin Mines, Flambards and the Paradise theme parks.

Upon entering this delightful property step into the welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner immediately you gain a sense of light and space which features throughout the property. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making this perfect for cooking as little or as much as you like. Sit down and enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table. In the lounge area cosy up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite film on the Smart TV or read your favourite book. From here there is access to all three bedrooms. The master suite is king-size with hanging space, contemporary en-suite shower and WC. The second tastefully furnished king-size also has hanging space. The spacious twin is a light and airy room also with plenty of hanging space. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Double doors open up from the lounge area onto the completely enclosed and private garden with an al fresco dining area, perfect for relaxing and listening to the not so distant wildlife. Outside in the large driveway is a tap for hosing down muddy or sandy dogs or wetsuits, plus a rail for hanging wetsuits to dry. There is driveway parking for three cars.

We found accommodation to be bright, spacious and modern. Garden totally secure for our reactive rescue dog and quiet area meant he was calm all week. The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Nearest dog friendly beach 5 mins in one direction and friendly local pub, The Coldstreamer, 5 mins in other direction serving excellent fRead moreood. Penzance town centre was a 10/15 mins flat walk with many shops and eateries on offer. Lots of beautiful Cornish towns within a short drive. Hide

We visited with my 2 daughters, mother and 2 dogs. The property was fantastic. Accessible for my mother, great for my dogs (particularly the small fenced off garden) and super comfortable for the rest of the family. Additionally the location was great for visiting St Michaels Mount and close enough for a day trip to the Lost Gardens of Heligan. AllRead more in all I cant fault it. Hide

The Lily Pad is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a great location. The fully enclosed garden was great for our dog and he loved the dog friendly beach a short walk away. It was very easy to get to St. Ives, St. Michael's Mount and Mousehole by bus or park and ride without having to park in these very popular resorts.

Beautiful property, with everything you need. Great facilities, lovely and clean and kept to a high standard. Lovely large secure garden which my dog loved to run around in. Couldnt want for anything more, the owners have literally thought of everything! Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Clean, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped. Gardens tidy and private. Pillows very firm. If you like a soft pillow, take with you. Excellent spot for PZ and supermarkets.

Overall it is a lovely property and a great location however we had a few niggles including, the dish-washer not working, issues with wifi, single beds being really uncomfortable and not having blackout curtains. We enjoyed our holiday but wouldn't re-visit this property.

Great location for exploring Cornwall. Having Longrock Beach nearby was really handy, dog friendly all the year round. The enclosed garden is great for the dog.

Very nice property. Extremely comfortable and very dog friendly with great enclosed garden. Perfect for our furry family members! The property is nice and sheltered but only a short walk away from a lovely beach, shops and Penzance itself with plenty to do. There was a great village pub 5 mins walk away serving lovely food. Upon arrival the owners,Read more Mark and Lisa, left a lovely Hevva cake which is delicious. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and the accomodation is highly recommended. Hide
