Lovely cottage in a very pretty village, the cottage is very tastefully fitted out, bright airy and modern. Supplies a little sparse only providing very minimal dishwasher tablets 3 for a 7 day stay, 1 bin bag plus minimal toilet rolls was a little let down. Very responsive property owner when the heating and hot water failed but this was on the laRead morest night of our stay so not such a problem. All in all a pleasant stay Hide

Cottage is in a lovely village. However it is on a very busy road with no pavements so u step down from the cottage straight on to a bend in the road . Not ideal for children or the elderly. There is a decent amount of traffic noise at night also Place is immaculate though and had it not been for the road , the location would have been ideal

The cottage had everything we could have wanted. It was super clean and tidy and provided everything we as a family with a dog needed. Two bathrooms was heavenly with two teenagers with us. The combination of classic cottage feel and modernity was well achieved by the owners and we enjoyed looking at the picture journey of renovations. Lounge, bedsRead more, dining room and seating area outside the front in the sun provided maximum comfort all week. We left wishing we could have stayed longer. Perfection Hide

Cute cottage, but smelled of damp. The mattress and pillows were too soft for comfort and the poor quality of bedding made it even worse; we hardly slept for 4 nights. Beware of the description! 'Set in a quiet village' - it's directly on the main road between Padstow and Wadebridge with constant traffic outside your window. 'Outside is an enclosedRead more rear patio with garden furniture' - it's nothing more than a dingy passageway and certainly not big enough to put garden chair - hence no furniture! Hide

We really enjoyed our time at Church Cottage, it was everything we needed it to be and for us the location was perfect, Padstow was a 5-10minute drive, and the places we wanted to visit were all 30 minutes or so away. Would like to stay in the future.

The cottage which has recently been renovated , was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Located not far from Padstow with easy access to local beaches. If taking a dog with you, there is a lane opposite which is ideal for a quick walk. The enclosed outside space is quite small and has no grass.
