My parents and I stayed at the barn at the end of April 2026. One of our party was semi wheelchair/walker bound. The barn was perfect in many ways, as it is all one level. (Except one step, but there is a great handle and small ramp of needed). Well stocked utilities in the kitchen and fab comfy sofas and fireplace. Very relaxing. The walled gardeRead moren was a bonus for my dogs to safely go without a worry of escape. Owner was great and very helpful. Pretty location for the North Norfolk coastline. Hide

The stock barns living area is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked and the master bedroom has a wet room and the shower in there was great! 1 This is not a properly accessible cottage. For able-bodied, it probably is a very nice place to stay. 2 The noise from the road is very loud in the dining room and sitting room. However luxurious and comfortable it is, you cannot avoid the sound of traffic. 3 The main bedroom is cold, and the extra heater provided in there only turns on in theRead more evening, which was no good for my sister, who was cold in there. It is located in a good place for the Norfolk coast.

"I am sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. Over the years we have had numerous guests stay with mobility issues who have all enjoyed their holiday. Many guests appreciate the accessibility of being close to the coastal road. There is central heating throughout the barn and additional heating is provided in the vaulted master bedroom should it be required. "

Our stay was brilliant; the host, Elaine was brilliant and met us at the property as well as contacting us before our stay to ensure we had everything we needed upon our arrival. She went above and beyond and was very welcoming, so thank you. We will definately love to stay again and will hopefully book to stay again late next year.

Very good accommodation, well kitted out and spotlessly clean. Nice patio garden to relax in. Local walks and convenient for travelling to Cromer and up and down the Norfolk coast. Only downside was the traffic noise that could be heard in the lounge and dining room. However, the bedrooms were quiet.
