Burnham Market is truly elegant, yet its vibrant and bustling atmosphere attracts many cosmopolitan and celebrity guests all year-round and is often referred to as Chelsea-on-Sea. The village centre has a large green, surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings as well as two churches at opposite ends. For those who enjoy a spot of retail therapy there’s a choice of over 30 independent shops, while for lovers of fine food there are some fantastic pubs and restaurants. What’s more, you are just 2 miles from the picturesque North Norfolk coast popular for its wide and sandy beaches, and a host of seaside villages and towns to explore, all within 5 miles.

Enter this property and arrive in the hallway which leads directly into a lounge on one side – a great place to relax after a busy day out exploring the area. There’s a comfortable reclining three-seater sofa and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV with Sky and a wood burner, making this the perfect environment to put on a movie and cosy up with loved ones. The stylish kitchen is next to the lounge and provides everything you need to feel right at home and prepare meals with a range oven and electric hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For a morning coffee, quick snack or light lunch there is a breakfast bar with two barstools. This property also boasts an area called the ‘orangery’ which has a second lounging area to relax in with a comfortable sofa and armchair – this is also where the dining table is located, seating up to six guests. The orangery is bright, airy, and spacious, perfect for socialising, while looking out into the garden through the wide-stretching bi-fold doors. There are three bedrooms to choose from. The master is a king-size room with a Smart TV, an en-suite shower room and a WC, and glazed doors which open out onto your own private terrace area which has furniture made of reclaimed fishing nets. Bedroom two is also a king-size room with an en-suite shower room and WC, while bedroom three is a twin which has use of a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. All bedrooms have plenty of storage/hanging space for your clothes and personal belongings. The owners of this property aim to reduce their carbon footprint by using recycled materials where possible, including the duvets, mattress toppers and pillows, which are made from recycled plastic bottles.

Outside you have a lovely, enclosed garden area which can be accessed through the bi-fold doors in the orangery. The garden wraps around the property and there are a total of three patio areas with furniture to relax on. Air source heating and solar panels are installed ensuring this bungalow is almost totally carbon neutral. There is off-road private parking for up to three cars at the front of the property.

Wonderful property. Everything quality and high spec. Extremely well equiped, everything you could need. Very quiet location on outskirts of quintessential English village. Plenty of places nearby to visit and stunning beach 15mins away at Brancaster. Would not hesitate to book again.

A wonderfully finished bungalow which is spacious. Ideal for a family. We stayed end of May during the heatwave and it was great to open up the bifold doors into garden. Great location as a base to explore North Norfolk.

A lovely cottage in a quiet location within Burnham Market. Great location for exploring the coast. All very comfortable inside the cottage and the garden was a good size for our dog to play in. Lovely and light inside, imagine it would be great in the summer.

A stylish lodge in a peaceful location with a great kitchen and dog-friendly garden. The welcome goodies were lovely. However, beds were uncomfortable, and we noticed some issues with cleanliness, cobwebs, stained sheets, and dog hair on furnishings. Light-filtering blinds and lack of privacy on the hallway window made sleeping difficult. With aRead more few updates and a deep clean, this could be a fantastic holiday stay.

This bungalow is good and has all of the items you need to have a really good holiday good to nice garden and plenty of bath troops and great water pressure.
