BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED COASTAL COTTAGE PERFECT FOR EXPLORING NORTH NORFOLK

This stylish semi-detached cottage is located in the small village of Old Hunstanton, it is ideally situated for discovering the popular Norfolk coastal villages and it is just a few minutes walk to a shop, pubs, restaurants and beach café.

A 5 minute walk to vast expanses of sandy beaches, backed by multi-coloured cliffs, shallow water to explore the rock pools and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Stroll to the Victorian resort of Hunstanton with charming seafront, gardens, shops, golf, Princess Theatre and a boat trip to see the seals in their natural habitat. The stunning coastline and the many R. S. P. B. reserves is a haven for wildlife, so bring your binoculars. Surrounded by pretty unspoilt villages, ideal for a pub lunch of freshly caught seafood. Holkham Hall & beach is 20 minutes by car and Brancaster with sandy beach only 10 minutes away. Nearby Houghton Hall & Sandringham House with gardens and parkland, Bircham Windmill to sample some delicious baking.

On entering this charming cottage, Cloakroom with WC, through to the lounge with woodburner for those chilly evenings, 1st basket of logs included, (thereafter available locally), flatscreen SkyTV, books, games and toys provided, leading thorugh to the spacious kitchen diner with patio doors leading to an enclosed courtyard, the well-equipped kitchen having washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, welcome beverages and biscuits for your arrival. Upstairs to  there is a king size bedroom, and a further bedroom with twin beds and a bunk bed, with Smart TV and freeview.Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Outside: enclosed courtyard with seating and BBQ.

This is such a lovely, warm and comfortable cottage to stay in. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need. We did not want to leave! The cottage is very well situated to access a wonderful coast line and so many beautiful Norfolk villages. We had a fabulous week and will definitely be coming back.

This is a really nice cottage, everything you could need for a break away, nice and clean with comfortable beds, and quality bedding. In a perfect position between 2 hotels, for meals without using the car. We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit out in the courtyard garden,its small but a comfortable sun trap. A really lovely well equipped cottage. Easy walking to beach and Hunstanton. Coast bus an excellent service for visiting places and onexway walking. Downstairs extra cloakroom a bonus.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in this cute and cosy cottage. It was very clean and comfortable and a good location to all of north Norfolks attractions. I particularly liked that it was a five min walk to the beautiful beach. I was lucky enough to have some sunny weather and the little courtyard was a perfect sun trap. I would definitely book again.

An absolutely beautiful property with everything provided. Obviously lovingly put together by the owners. I particularly loved the little courtyard and how it was lit up at night. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too good and so we could only admire it from inside.

The house is really nice, it's the second time we've stayed there. The location is good, about 10 mins walk to the beach and close to the 3 hotels/pubs. The house has all you need and is very comfortable. The small patio area was really nice as we had very good weather during our stay.

Excellent location for lots of great beaches, walks, towns on the North Norfolk coast. Cottage was comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. Nice little outdoor seating in the sun. Parking provided outside of the front door. Would stay again.

Although this property is advertised for a maximum of six persons clothe storage for " smalls" is very limited and a family with children would have to live out of a suitcase.

A lovely cottage with all the facilities you need. Lovely comfortable bed and cosy cottage with the weather being very nasty we stayed in cottage for long periods of time. We would love to return in the summer as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sleepy Gull. Many Thanks Chris & Lorraine
