Really pleased with our stay, beautiful property and a big interesting garden to explore. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to use, beds and sofa were very comfortable, heating kept us warm despite the cold outside. Lots of books available to read, some childrens toys, and a hot tub to enjoy.

The Folly was quirky. Old but beautiful with lots of character. It was comfortable and warm. Plenty of hot water for everyone. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for the children to play. The trampoline was popular. The goal and tree swings were fun. We would certainly return and recommend to our friends .

Really lovely house to stay in. Best equipped kitchen I have every seen in a holiday cottage. Everything was clean and well presented. The robes to use were a great bonus.

We absolutely loved staying at The Folly - quirky with truly magical grounds and an atmosphere of faded, but homely grandeur throughout. Our stay was a fantastic way to celebrate big birthdays with the whole family. The hot tub was a joy - irrespective of the weather, and there is plenty of outdoor space to explore and enjoy. Lovely property in nice location. Could do with updating and a good clean. Bedding and towels all clean. We enjoyed our time there though, lovely walks and good food at a local pub.

We loved our weekend. The Hot Tub was a great plus for us and we used it more than once a day while we were at The Folly. Special note about the very comfortable beds, overall it was perfect.

delightful setting, it took a little longer to get to the beach than I thought, mainly far more traffic but we live in a quiet area at home so nothing misleading in the marketing.
