Situated in the heart of Bedfordshire amongst scenic countryside, guests staying at this property will find a wide range of attractions in the area catering for a variety of tastes and needs. Close to the Market towns of Bedford and St Neots, Bedford is renowned as having one of the finest riverside settings in the country. Visiting the popular tourist destinations of Cambridge and Oxford are also a superb way to spend the day. The city of London can be reached via a train journey from St Neots in under forty minutes. Keen walkers can make the most of the many footpaths close to the property, or why not simply have a round of golf or a enjoy a spot of angling that’s within walking distance.

Guests enter this property into the open-plan bedroom/lounge/kitchen/diner. The king-size bed provides the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a busy day out exploring by car, bike or foot. The lounge area has a Smart TV so you can unwind and watch your favourite shows from the comfort of the sofa, with dining table, to enjoy an evening meal. Just off from the lounge area is a spacious bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. The kitchen area is equipped with a combi microwave/oven, two separate hobs and a fridge with ice compartment so all the essentials you need should you wish to dine in.

Outside there is an open garden area to the front with a bench plus table and chairs with views down the driveway across the fields and over to the distant Chiltern Hills. There is off road parking for one car available for guests.

They have assured us that the property was cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, There are various lights within studio and the property has a certified electrical certificate. All the kitchen facilities are listed on the website. The hotel next to the property is currently not operating and is separate to the accommodation offered for holiday letting. Hide

The bed and settee was very uncomfortable, and the studio flat was very dirty, needs to be upgraded, will not be staying there again.
