Nestled in a quiet corner of the owner’s estate, this charming cottage offers guests the opportunity to discover all that North Norfolk has to offer. It is a mecca for nature lovers, anglers, painters and walkers. The 125 miles of waterways which make up the National Park of the Norfolk Broads which are close by can be explored by foot, bike, car or day boat. The coastline is within easy reach with quaint seaside towns full of cobbled streets and fishing boats and the larger towns with promenades, piers and sandy beaches. Family destinations include bewilderwood, Africa Alive and the Dinosaur park. While culinary, retail or cultural tastes can be served by the city of Norwich.

Guests arriving at the cottage will initially enter the bright and airy open-plan kitchen/diner which is equipped with all the facilities needed to cook up a storm. Comprising an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and to help with the dishes after, a handy dishwasher. The glass top table provides a perfect spot to enjoy any meal. After a day sailing on the broads, the cosy lounge with wood burner provides comfortable surroundings in which to relax and plan the next day’s activities, or simply sit back and enjoy the Smart TV and your favourite programmes. The ground floor bedroom accommodates a king-size bedroom and completing the ground floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Ascending the staircase to the first-floor guests will initially walk through the interconnecting dressing room with seating before entering the main bedroom which features a king-size bed and lovely views out over the countryside.

Outside the cottage enjoys a large garden with patio area with fencing enclosing the boundary, a perfect outdoor eating area on the garden furniture with charcoal BBQ for during the warmer months. Outside storage provides a covered place to store bicycles and the driveway adjacent to the cottage can accommodate off-road parking for two cars.

This is a really lovely cottage in a gorgeous location with total privacy and a wonderful large garden with a woodland beyond and surrounded by enormous mature trees. It's a great place to relax and chill. The house is quite well equipped and comfortable. Beautifully located, private, quiet,serene surroundings. A joy to see and hear the local wildlife. First property for us that has a secure garden, even for 2 small dachshunds!! Cottage clean,tidy andwell presented. Well equipped kitchen, downstairs bed a little firmer than we prefer, sofa huge and soft! A very relaxing time had by all.

Fabulous place for peace and quiet. A great garden for dogs. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. A great getaway.

Great, cosy little cottage with super secure garden which is very important if, like us, you have a pair of determined little escape artists! Very convenient for visiting the Broads, Norwich and towns and beaches on north/northeast coast.

The cottage is beautiful, set in a very peaceful location & not too far from local amenities & the coast. If youre looking for peace & quiet & hear the sound of nature this is the perfect retreat. The large garden was great for the dogs who spent all their time exploring.

A comfortable and cosy cottage in a very quiet location, the enclosed garden very handy for our dogs. The location is great for exploring Norfolk with broads and coast nice and close. Although well equipped, some of the pans are well past their best and a few things in the cottage are looking a bit tired. Internet is slow to unusable at times. A very clean and comfortable cottage with an amazing enclosed garden. Our dog loved playing in it and we enjoyed listening to the cuckoo and numerous other birds. The estate management was very kind, friendly and helpful providing us with lots of information about the area. A beautiful estate. A great base for exploring the area.

Fantastic location, welcoming arrival with biscuits, milk and dog treats. Including tea/coffee and even dishwasher tablets. Lovely and comfortable beds. Well decorated. The fenced in garden was large and ample for our dog, he loved it. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Very restful and comfortable short stay in an idyllic country cottage. Allowed us to travel around the Norfolk Broads including beautiful Wroxham where we watched the boats go in and out under the bridge. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A lovely cottage in a remote location but still only minutes away from Wroxham and Horning. The garden was perfect for our two shepherds. The dogs aren't allowed upstairs so we had to give up the spacey 1st floor bedroom to our son, whilst we had the ground floor bedroom. Kitchen adequately equipped for home cooking which suited us well. Wi-Fi was Read moreok. A few times in the day it dropped out but this didnt affect anything.
