This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Situated directly opposite the town’s wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide and with a wealth of pubs, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, this is a great property for couples. With breathtaking sea views overlooking the pier, this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show, and keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and in the Seven Sisters Country Park. For those looking to soak up a bit of local culture during their stay, the Eastbourne Towner Gallery and local theatres are all within walking distance.

Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this first floor split-level apartment. Enter the apartment into the spacious hallway which leads through into the light and bright open-plan lounge/diner. Comfortable furniture provides the perfect spot from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views and watch the world go by, and a Smart TV/DVD player and a range of DVDs and books offer entertainment on chilly days. If you feel like a cosy night in, enjoy a romantic meal at the table with seating for four whilst savouring the fantastic views. The well-appointed kitchen area offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom leads off the hallway and offers a shower over the bath and a WC. Further along the hallway, a small set of steps lead down to the master bedroom with a comfy king-size bed.

Outside there is a small balcony with a folding table and chairs, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Please note that access to the balcony is reached by the lower sash of the window section in the kitchen. There is roadside parking (subject to availability) for which a permit for one car per night is provided.

A well equipped & comfortable flat set in an excellent location immediately opposite the pier. Bus stop outside for visiting Brighton or Hastings. Although parking permits are provided, parking could be a problem should you wish to use your car daily.We used local transport. The only other downside is the TV use of which is challenging. This was a beautiful flat in a lovely location, Would happily recommend to anyone thinking of holidaying in this area, be they single travelers or couples. Relaxing, secure and peaceful.

We stayed for a week at Miramar, the apartment cant be faulted. Everything you need is there, bus stop on the doorstep and a view that is amazing. We will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely flat. Well furnished. Great location opposite the pier so right across from the beach. Loved people watching from the sofa. Transport on the doorstep and walking distance to shops.

Nice location, could be better equipped. TV less than useful. Bathroom sink hot tap flow too slow. No heating control. In all a bit tired. I've stayed in better for less cost. Having said all that, I was out a lot so ok as a b&b. I won't return
