Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this first floor split-level apartment. Enter the apartment into the spacious hallway which leads through into the light and bright open-plan lounge/diner. Comfortable furniture provides the perfect spot from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views and watch the world go by, and a Smart TV/DVD player and a range of DVDs and books offer entertainment on chilly days. If you feel like a cosy night in, enjoy a romantic meal at the table with seating for four whilst savouring the fantastic views. The well-appointed kitchen area offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom leads off the hallway and offers a shower over the bath and a WC. Further along the hallway, a small set of steps lead down to the master bedroom with a comfy king-size bed.
Outside there is a small balcony with a folding table and chairs, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Please note that access to the balcony is reached by the lower sash of the window section in the kitchen.
