The cottage was clean although very tired and in need of a refresh. The garden gate is not secure and is not dog friendly (for small dogs) as there is a large gap underneath it. A beautiful area to visit and the views from the front garden are very nice, unlike those in the back garden. Overall disappointing. .

We have had a wonderful stay in Reedham. The cottage is comfy and cosy and the river view so peaceful to look out on. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds super comfy. We found lots of great walks and loved going to see the seals at Horsey Gap. A very generous welcome box of goodies awaited us.

Just an amazing house. When we walked in our reactions were wow!. It had everything we needed for self catering. Location is amazing with views of the river. Even managed to sit outside on the lovely patio at the end of October. Have not slept this well in months.

Everything worked perfectly in the cottage. EV charging within the front garden (car parking space) allowed us to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about finding a charger elsewhere.

Lovely well-equipped cottage, with a nice riverside location. We really enjoyed our stay. Food in the local pubs, & Cannells cafe, (only a short walk away), was great. We had lovely days out to beaches at Winterton-on-sea & Horsey beach, (saw several seals too!). Also visited several National Trust places, & hired a day boat on the Broads.

Marvellous location, spent the week watching boats cruise by on the sun drenched patio. Cafe next door but one, pub serving excellent food just a bit further. Cottage felt like home from home, comfy beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen. Dog friendly and very clean. Would definitely book it again.

Excellent situation exceptional views from property. Just fencing provides no privacy from neighbours. And gap under gate big enough for our cocker to escape. Apart from that we loved the whole experience so quiet and peaceful. And we had amazing weather. Would recommend the Ferry in lovely home cooked food.
